Behavior Analysts of New Jersey (“BANJ”) is a group of educators that provides state-of-the-art behavior analytic programs and instruction to learners of all ages and stages. The skills taught are necessary to function in everyday routines. All areas of the learner’s developmental repertoires are targeted, including academic literacy, school self-sufficiency, self-help and activities of daily living and leisure, play and social skills. Session data are an important part of every child’s program to measure and determine progress. Progress reports are provided on at least a quarterly basis. Parent meetings and clinic meetings are scheduled to offer parent education and training, review the child’s progress and troubleshoot any areas of concern.
